Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tweet Indiawebsite and services (the “Platform”), operated by Tweet India Beauty, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make a purchase. By using the Platform you represent that you meet this requirement. Accounts created on behalf of minors must be managed by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout.
  • Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

4. Products & Pricing

  • All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that listings are error-free.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit order quantities at any time without prior notice.
  • In the rare event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing the order and give you the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel.

5. Medicines & Prescriptions

  • Certain medicines listed on the Platform require a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner.
  • Orders for prescription medicines will not be dispatched until a valid prescription has been verified by our pharmacy team.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any medicine order if the prescription is invalid, expired, or cannot be verified.
  • Self-medication is risky. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before purchasing any medication.

6. Orders & Payments

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
  • Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway (Razorpay). We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other methods supported by the gateway.
  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment and an order-confirmation email from us.
  • If payment fails or is flagged as suspicious, we may cancel the order and notify you.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, logistics partner availability, and external factors (weather, holidays, etc.).
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of Tweet India Beauty or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other user accounts.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without permission.
  • Post false reviews or misleading information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tweet India Beauty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tweet India Beauty, its directors, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

12. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party sites. Visiting them is at your own risk.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

14. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
