1. Overview
At Tweet India, we want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. This policy outlines the rules and procedures for cancellations, returns, and refunds on orders placed through our Platform.
2. Order Cancellation
2.1 Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order free of charge at any time beforeit has been dispatched. To cancel, visit your account’s order history or contact our support team. Once cancelled, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2.2 After Dispatch
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may instead refuse delivery or initiate a return once the product is delivered (see Section 3 below).
2.3 Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following scenarios:
- Product is out of stock or discontinued.
- Pricing or product-listing error.
- Invalid or unverifiable prescription (for medicine orders).
- Suspected fraudulent or duplicate order.
In all such cases you will receive a full refund and be notified promptly.
3. Returns
3.1 Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- All tags, seals, and accessories are intact.
- You provide a valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used cosmetics, skincare, or beauty products.
- Prescription medicines and pharmaceutical products.
- Personal-care items (lip products, mascaras, etc.) once unsealed.
- Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.
- Free gifts, samples, or promotional items.
3.3 How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order ID and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review the request and, if approved, arrange a pickup or provide return-shipping instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order ID.
- Clear photographs of the damaged/defective item and packaging.
- A brief description of the issue.
We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at your preference, with no return-shipping cost to you.
5. Refund Process
5.1 Refund Method
Refunds are credited back to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet). We do not issue cash refunds.

5.3 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if a product is returned in a used or altered condition (at our discretion) or if only part of an order is eligible for return.
6. Shipping Costs
- Returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product) — return shipping is free; we bear the cost.
- Customer-initiated returns (change of mind) — original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
8. Disputes
If your refund request is denied and you believe it was in error, you may escalate the matter by emailing info.tweetindia@gmail.comwith the subject line “Refund Dispute — [Order ID]”. Our team will review and respond within 3 business days.
